A SSD  has access speeds of 35 to 100 micro-seconds compared to the HDD that takes 5,000 to 10,000 micro-seconds to access data. Windows 10 has some issues with speed and performance. Between the high disk usage and the high CPU usage, the system bogs down and runs extremely slow. We received a PC that was so slow it could not be used. Upon diagnosis, I found 3 seperate antivirus programs installed that were all expired. I was able to remove all of the antivirus programs and install a brand new one that was activated. I was able to remove all of the junk from the computer also, including; junk files, registry errors, unnecessary startup programs and so much more!

A customer brought in a Seagate Backup Plus Slim external hard drive that had stopped working for them. Upon diagnosis, we found that the external hard drive has corrupt firmware. We were able to rewrite the firmware and pull all of the valid data off of the drive. The customer was ecstatic!
